Our team of experts can provide a much needed break for caregivers. We are happy to complete tasks while primary caregivers and families take a much needed break.

Our staff are highly engaging and sociable. We know that a friendly visit goes a long way.  We will chat away and work towards building relationships while we work. 

We understand that mental health is just as important as physical health. That's why we offer activities that stimulate fine motor skills to help delay further cognitive deterioration. 

At Lilac Health Services Inc., we believe that health is more than just the absence of disease. We can support clients doing their post surgical exercises to help restore mobility.

Medication reminders are prompts to help people to remember to take their vital medications.  We do not administer medication, but will remind clients that they are due
